Because we also manufacture products on-site, we need only a short time to fill special orders to meet individual customer needs. Our products are used in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, construction, and shipbuilding, as well as in the areas of environment and waste management and in the food and chemical industries. Our distribution network with locations in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic makes us close to you no matter where you are in Europe.
In our over 3000 square meters of storage space we stock pipes and pipe accessories, as well as drains, made out of the highest quality acid- and rust-resistant stainless steel – and we are constantly adjusting our stock to your needs. Here at SPECIAL ALLOYS EUROPE LTD, we believe in the importance of quality. The SPECIAL ALLOYS EUROPE LTD quality assurance handbook is EN-ISO-9001 compliant and defines our quality assurance programme. An exhaustive quality control check is carried out upon all materials we receive, and we use all the requisite testing and measurement devices, including an x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to test the raw materials.
SPECIAL ALLOYS EUROPE LTD has developed a customer-orientated business model, and every aspect of our logistics chain is governed by our customers’ needs. All our shipping documents include a barcode which allows for electronic track and trace thanks to our in-house developed shipping logistics software. Smaller deliveries are handled by DPD, our logistics partner. Orders from within Germany are normally delivered within a day. Order today – Get it tomorrow. We also offer express shipping for pressing deliveries to German addresses. If you choose this option, we guarantee that our shipment will arrive on the next workday. Orders are shipped from our warehouses five days a week, Monday through Friday. No deliveries are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. We pack all articles ourselves in order to protect them from any possible damage during transport. Every day, 200 shipments leave our warehouse, via 3rd party logistics providers, parcel service, or in one of our own freight vehicles. Our three trucks are used mostly for pick up and delivery of larger orders in the Stuttgart, Pforzheim and Karlsruhe area. Over-sized pick-ups and deliveries are handled every day by ESG, our logistics provider.
Our product portfolio is not limited to the standard products we stock in our warehouse. We also produce welding pieces, including reducers, satles and T-pieces. We have panoply of specialised equipment, including electrical saws and milling machines as well as grinding and pickling machines for surface finishing. We will gladly manufacture to your specifications. We can produce even non-standard sized items quickly.
